1. Cylinder bores are diamond plateau honed to original OEM specifications

2. Cylinder heads are new or remanufacured. No welding to conbustion chambers

3. New or remanufactured crankcase: Inspected for Cavitation (IDI only)

4. Crankshaft remanufacturing includes unique 3-step heat treat process

5. Turbocharger remanufactured to original oem specifications

6. Inectors are remanufactured to original OEM specifications (minimum 21 new parts on DIT version)

7. High pressure oil pump remanufactured to original OEM specifications

8. Camshaft remanufactured to original OEM specifications or replaced with new

9. Oil pump remanufactured to original OEM specifications

10. Water pump remanufactured to original ORM specifications

11. New lube oil cooler. Not cleaned or re-cored

12. 100% valve guide inserts. New valves on DIT

13. New premium glow plugs

14. New cover gaskets

15. New thermostat

16. New coolant heater

17. New breather
